Truffles are a real delicacy and delicious, costing vast sums of money, with a history as rich and mysterious as the aroma they are renowned for. They are a fascinating underground mushroom living in a symbiotic relationship with trees. Over the years man has found many ways to discover these elusive funghi.  By far the best nose for detection is our faithful friend. A dog will scent when they are ready, show you where they are and most importantly unlike pigs will give them up to you without taking off a finger!

Yes there are truffles to be found in the UK and we can work with you and your dog to have fun and find them.​

Hunting with your dog is great fun and with Truffle Hunting nothing gets harmed in the process. An added bonus is you do not need any equipment.
